Will the shot-glasses stay in place while the shot'n ski is in use?

Yes, plastic shot cups are included with the skishot and fit snugly into the wooden skishot holes, and stay in place while in use. No glue or rubber seals are needed.

What shot-glasses work best?

We provide a set of red plastic shot-glasses and recommend these for best use.

Are the Shot'n Ski sealed with a clear-coat or gloss finish?

No, our skishot's do not have clear-coat or gloss sealer, in order to maintain a rustic, vintage appearance.

When will my order be delivered?

Custom Shot'n Ski's require 4-5 business day for processing and delivery. All other shot'n ski's have expected delivery dates within 3-4 business days.

Can I pay for rush shipping or get my order delivered sooner?

We try to accommodate our customers delivery time-frames as much as possible. Please contact us directly with your city zip-code, and date you require delivery by. We will generate an expedited shipping quote, and inform you if your rush order can be accommodated at that time.

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

No courier is 100% reliable, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. However, we can guarantee your order will be processed for shipping and submitted to USPS in the time-frame necessary to arrange your expected delivery date.

What is an expected delivery date?

An expected delivery date is the target date that USPS expects to deliver a package. The expected delivery date is an accurate time to expect delivery, but is not guaranteed by USPS.

What courier service will be delivering my package?

United States Postal Service (USPS) will be delivering your package. Shot'n Ski Shop works exclusively with USPS to provide our customers with the most competitive shipping rates and reasonable delivery times.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you will be notified when your package ships and a USPS Tracking # will be provided in your confirmation email.

I need to cancel my order, can you help me?

Yes, we can help cancel your order and issue a refund if your order has not shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after a USPS tracking # has been assigned to your order. Contact Shot'n Ski Shop immediately with your cancellation request.
