Policies

PAYMENT
• All major credit cards are accepted through Stripe and PayPal. A Stripe or PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. All payments/funds must clear before ShotSki Shop will begin processing an order.
• California Sales Tax is applied to all qualifying orders within the state of California.

ORDERS

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address that accepts USPS deliveries. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
Please Allow 1-2 Business Days for processing/shipping all standard orders.
• Standard Orders require 3-4 business days for delivery.
• Custom Orders require a 4-5 business days for delivery. Additional setup and production time is required to produce such orders.

• Custom SkiShot orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• SkiShot Shop does not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for late deliveries.
• SkiShot Shop is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
• Orders cannot be canceled after a USPS tracking # has been assigned to an order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
• 100% Money Back if you are not satisfied with your Shot Ski order!
• If you decide to return the product, you must notify SkiShot Shop of your intention to return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Customer will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges.

 • A returned item must not be damaged in any way for a refund of the initial purchase. 


CANCELING AN ORDER
• If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact SkiShot Shop immediately.
• Orders cannot be canceled after a USPS tracking # has been assigned to an order.
• SkiShot Shop does not provide a specific cancellation grace period, as orders are often processed on the same date as purchased.

LOST/STOLEN/NON-DELIVERED PACKAGES
• SkiShot Shop is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for all packages that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages, if this circumstance were to occur.
• In the very rare event that a package is lost, stolen, or un-deliverable as addressed, SkiShot Shop will assist by providing all relevant USPS shipment information available.
• Non-delivered packages due to incomplete, incorrect, or non-verified address will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to contact the local Post Office as soon possible in the event of a non-delivery to see if a package can be intercepted or if a re-delivery will be attempted.
• SkiShot Shop does not arrange or require USPS Signature Confirmations upon delivery.
Time-Shares, Vacation Homes, and Short-Term Rentals that are Non-Verified by USPS are often classified as Non-Deliverable Addresses.
• USPS requires 15 days from the date of shipment, to file a Claim for Lost Packages. We are happy to assist our customers in filing valid claims.
• All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 4 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with USPS.
• Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

DAMAGED ITEM/DAMAGE CLAIMS
• In the rare instance that your item arrives damaged in shipping, please contact SkiShot Shop immediately.
• We wish to maintain your satisfaction and work with you to ensure a positive experience with SkiShot Shop.
• Within your message, please include 3 photos for proof of damage, so we may file the necessary USPS damage claim.

Photo#3: Picture of the shipping label on the damaged package.

• All damage claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; damage claims may take up to 4 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim, we will be able to take further proper actions to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with USPS.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS
• All skishot's produced by SkiShot Shop are a semi, unfinished product.
• No varnish or polyurethane finishing is used on our products.
• All skishot's produced by us are stained and unsealed wood; and susceptible to staining by other liquids/chemical exposures.
• All skishot's are produced from solid Pine Wood, and are susceptible to unsatisfactory bending/bowing when exposed to angled positions and/or extreme temperatures.
• SkiShot Shop does not guarantee against warping or bending of any kind.
• All skishot's produced are a durable, semi-fragile, and susceptible to breaking if exposed to enough stress and/or force.
• Do not use skishot's for purposes other than their intended use.
